This hotel is ideal for a stop over in Georgetown when travelling on elsewhere. It is a bit outside the centre and so you would need to use a taxi to visit anywhere from here. The room was very spacious and clean with lovely facilities. It was great to have some tea and coffee making facilities and plenty of bottled water to use. The food was reasonable and very nice cocktails. There was a lovely swimming pool though we didn’t have time to use it. Having a cash machine in the lobby was really useful as there aren’t many around!

The hotel room was big and comfortable with tv,, Kettle ,balcony and a wonderful view of the Demerara river. It was always clean. Water pressure was good and towels, toilet paper etc were supplied as needed. The casino was fantastic!! Won some money and bought food in the delightful poolside resturant. The Free breakfast was wonderful- a different menu each day-- buffet style-- simply delicious. All the staff were kind , helpful and polite. There is a wonderful gift shop inside the hotel that u can get from clothes to simple medications and staple food items / snacks. The mall across the road from the hotel has all the major food outlets and a Massy grocery and much more. You can get taxis, maxis, etc right in front the hotel. I enjoyed my vacation. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. I will definitely return to Ramada Princess hotel. Ps- loved that they had a kettle in room so i could make a cup of tea whenever i wanted to. They also supplied tea bags and coffee sticks with coffee mate !! Simply lovely. Keep up the good work.

The room, the quality of the food and service in general met my expectation. I requested an early "check-in" and this was granted, without a "fuss". I was, however, not happy to see patrons at the buffet table without masks. In this covid-19 pandemic, whether or not we decide to "live" with the virus, because of the severe adverse economic impact we face globally, one must never overlook adhering to basic precautionary measures geared towards reducing the spread of this very transmissible virus.

The room was very spacious and tidy. Room service was good and the staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good with several options. I like that there was is access to an ice machine, although I didn't use it.

The moment i entered the premises, I immediately felt a sense of urgency of attention to m needs. The customer service was excellent and the room topped it off. The breakfast and room overall was perfect.

The style of the rooms was excellent . The design of the room was like staying at a hotel we once stayed In Basilica , Spain but smaller in. scale .

The breakfast was ok there was a variety of things you can choose. However there were flies all over your breakfast . The location is appropriate because it is like a close distance to the town area

The kids enjoyed the pool.. my husband and I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a lifeguard on duty. Exrcutive Bedrooms were nice. Need some updating though. I LOVE that the hotel has an arcade and theater for kids and casino for the adults. There was something for everyone
